  • (A)Japanese style granulated soup stock

  • (A)Coarsely ground black pepper
    1/3 tsp

  • Japanese leek
    5 cm
  • Japanese roast pork (Yakibuta)
    30 g
  • Bamboo shoots (Menma)
    30 g
  • Simmered egg

  • Nori seaweed

How to make

  1. 1. Thinly slice Japanese leek.
  2. 2. Put the Chinese noodles in a pot of boiling water, boil them as mentioned on the package, then drain in a strainer.
  3. 3. Put ingredient (A) and boiling water in a bowl and mix well.
  4. 4. Add Step 2, arrange Step 1, and the rest of the topping ingredients and it's ready.
