- Boiling water500 ml
- (A)Soy sauce1 tbsp
- (A)Chicken soup stock (powder, cube, liquid)1/2 tsp
- (A)Japanese style granulated soup stock1/2 tsp
- (A)Grated ginger1/2 tsp
- (A)Coarsely ground black pepper1/3 tsp
- Toppings
- Japanese leek5 cm
- Japanese roast pork (Yakibuta)30 g
- Bamboo shoots (Menma)30 g
- Simmered egg1/2
- Nori seaweed2 sheets
How to make
- 1. Thinly slice Japanese leek.
- 2. Put the Chinese noodles in a pot of boiling water, boil them as mentioned on the package, then drain in a strainer.
- 3. Put ingredient (A) and boiling water in a bowl and mix well.
- 4. Add Step 2, arrange Step 1, and the rest of the topping ingredients and it's ready.
