- Japanese style granulated soup stock1 tsp
- Cabbage80 g
- Pork belly50 g
- Red pickled ginger20 g
- Rice cake (Kirimochi)2
- Shredded pizza cheeze60 g
- Salad oil1 tbsp

- Okonomiyaki sauce2 tbsp
- Japanese Mayonnaise1 tbsp
- Dried green seaweed flakes (Aonori)1/4 tsp

How to make
- 1. Shred cabbage.
- 2. Cut rice cake (kirimochi) into 0.4-inch cubes.
- 3. In a bowl, mix the ingredients for the dough, then add Step 1, red pickled ginger, and Step 2.
- 4. Heat a pan over medium heat, add cooking oil, pour in Step 3, and place the pork belly on top.
- 5. When browned, flip over, top with cheese for pizza, cover with a lid, and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- 6. When okonomiyaki is cooked through, the pork belly is browned and the cheese is melted, remove from heat.
- 7. Place on a plate, top the toppings, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
You can substitute cut or sliced mochi for kirimochi.
