- Firm tofu400 g
- Retort hashed beef350 g
- Shredded pizza cheeze50 g
- Parsleyas needed
How to make
- 1. Cut firm tofu into 0.4-inch width pieces. Wrap it in a paper towel and let it sit for about 30 minutes to drain.
- 2. Put 1/3 of the retort hashed beef in a heat-resistant container and lay 4 slices of Step 1. Layer another piece in the same way.
- 3. Top with shredded pizza cheese and bake in a toaster oven for about 8 minutes. When it browns nicely, sprinkle with parsley and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
The cooking degree depends on the type of toaster you are using, so please adjust the temperature as you check the conditions. This time it's baked at 1000W 220°C (430°F). You can substitute silk tofu for firm tofu. We used a 500ml (2 cups) heat-safe dish. *Detailed instructions on retort pouch curry to be added.
