- Corn50 g
- Tuna flakes marinated in oil50 g
- Green peas15 g
- (A)Japanese Mayonnaise3 tbsp
- (A)French dressing3 tbsp
- Salt and pepper mixa pinch
- Parsleyas needed
How to make
- Prepare. Drain the oil from tuna flakes marinated in oil. Drain green peas.
- 1. Peel potatoes, remove the potato eyes, cut them into bite-sized pieces, and place them in a heat-resistant bowl.
- 2. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 3 minutes at 600W.
- 3. Once potatoes are cooked, mash them with a masher while they are still hot and let them cool.
- 4. Add ingredient (A), corn, tuna flakes, and green peas, season with salt and pepper mix, and mix.
- 5. Once the flavors have blended, arrange it on a plate, sprinkle with parsley and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of salt to your liking. You can substitute mixed beans for green peas. You can substitute ham for tuna flakes.
