- Thin-sliced half sized bacon60 g
- Mixed vegetables20 g
- (A)Ketchup2 tbsp
- (A)Thickened Japanese worcestershire sauce1 tbsp
- (A)Olive oil1 tbsp
- 卵
- Salted butter10 g
- (B)Eggs3
- (B)Whipping cream (Heavy cream)30 ml
- (B)Salta pinch
- Ketchup1 tbsp
- Parsleyas needed
How to make
- 1. Roughly chop onion. Cut the thin-sliced half sized bacon into 0.2-inch strips.
- 2. Add Step 1, rice, and mixed vegetables into a heat-resistant bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 3 minutes at 600 W.
- 3. Add (A) and mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 2 minutes at 600 W.
- 4. Mix (B) in a separate bowl.
- 5. Heat a pan with salted butter over medium heat. When butter melts, pour in Step 4 and mix well. When it's half-cooked, turn off the heat.
- 6. Serve Step 3 and Step 5 on a plate, cover with ketchup, garnish with parsley, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the seasoning to your taste. You can substitute milk for whipping cream (heavy cream), but the flavor and the finishing will change. For senior citizens, children under the age of 2, pregnant women, and individuals with weakened immune systems, please avoid eating raw eggs. Heating conditions may vary depending on the type of microwave, the type of heat-resistant container, and the condition of the ingredients.
