- Potato200 g
- Thin-sliced long bacon50 g
- Cream cheese30 g
- (A)Japanese Mayonnaise2 tbsp
- (A)Sugar1/3 tsp
- (A)Salt and pepper mix2 three finger pinches
- Parsleyas needed
How to make
- Prepare. Mince parsley. Bring cream cheese to room temperature. Remove the potato eyes and peel the skin.
- 1. Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces, place in a heat-resistant bowl, cover with wet paper towel, cover with plastic wrap, microwave for about 3 minutes at 600 W until soft, then mash it with a fork.
- 2. Cut thin-sliced long bacon into 0.4-inch strips.
- 3. Add Step 2 without oil in a pan, heat over medium heat, fry for about 5 minutes until it becomes crispy, then remove from the heat.
- 4. Add Step 3, cream cheese, and ingredient (A) to Step 1 and mix well.
- 5. Serve in a bowl, sprinkle with parsley, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Adjust the amount of mayonnaise to your liking. To prevent the potatoes from drying out, place a wet paper towel on top of the potatoes. Heating conditions may vary depending on the type of microwave, the type of heat-resistant container, and the condition of the ingredients. Please check the condition and adjust the heating time until it's cooked thoroughly as necessary.
