- Ground pork100 g
- Potato3
- Onion50 g
- Carrot50 g
- Grated garlic1/2 tsp
- (A)Japanese Mayonnaise5 tbsp
- (A)Vinegar1.5 tbsp
- (A)Sugar2 tsp
- (A)Salt1/2 tsp
- (A)Black peppera pinch
- Salad oil1 tbsp
- Chervilas needed
How to make
- Prepare. Peel potatoes, onions, and carrots. Remove potato eyes from potatoes.
- 1. Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces, place them in a heat-resistant bowl, cover them with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 5 minutes until soft. Lightly drain, and mash while still hot, then cool it.
- 2. Mince onion.
- 3. Mince carrot.
- 4. Add cooking oil to the heated pan over medium heat, stir-fry the grated garlic until fragrant, then add Step 2 and stir-fry over medium heat.
- 5. Once golden brown, add ground pork and stir-fry over medium heat until ground pork changes color, then remove from heat to cool.
- 6. Mix Step 1 with 3 and 5, then add ingredient (A).
- 7. Once the seasonings are incorporated, place it in a bowl, top with the chervil, and it's ready!
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of salt to your liking. You can substitute ground pork with beef or ground chicken. It is easier to mash potatoes if you mash them while they are still hot. We used raw carrots this time, but you can add them at the same time as minced meat and stir-fry them if you like. Heating conditions may vary depending on the type of microwave, the type of heat-resistant container, and the condition of the ingredients. Please check the condition and adjust the heating time as necessary.
