- Loin ham5 sheets
- (A)Japanese Mayonnaise3 tbsp
- (A)Vinegar1 tsp
- (A)Salt1/4 tsp
- Coarsely ground black pepperas needed
How to make
- Prepare. Peel potatoes and remove the potato eyes. Peel carrot.
- 1. Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Place it in a heat-resistant bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave for 5 minutes at 600W.
- 2. When potatoes are cooked through, mash them roughly with a masher while they are still hot.
- 3. Cut the cucumber into 0.2-inch wide round slices. Add it to a bowl, sprinkle salt on it, rub it well with your hands, and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- 4. Slice onion thinly. Pour water into a bowl and soak for 5 minutes.
- 5. Cut carrot into thin quarters. Add it in a heat-resistant bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute and 30 seconds until soft.
- 6. Cut quail eggs in half. Cut hams into 0.8-inch cubes.
- 7. Mix Step 2, drained 3 and 4, and cooled 5, 6, and ingredient (A) in a bowl and mix.
- 8. Serve in a bowl, sprinkle coarsely ground black pepper, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of salt and mayonnaise to your liking. If you mash the potatoes while they are still hot, they will turn into fluffy. Soaking the onions in water will make them less spicy.
