Ingredients 3 onigiris
- Rice300 g
- Young green onion (Konegi)20 g
- (A)Roasted white sesame seeds2 tsp
- (A)Sesame oil1 tsp
- (A)Chicken soup stock (powder, cube, liquid)1/2 tsp
- (A)Salt2 three finger pinches
- Garnish
- Green shiso leaves1 sheets
How to make
- 1. Cut off the root of konegi (young green onion) and slice thinly.
- 2. Combine rice, Step 1 and (A) in a bowl and mix well.
- 3. Split into 3 pieces, wrap with plastic wrap, and shape into a triangle. Serve on a plate covered with shiso leaves, and it's ready to eat.
Tips for cooking
Adjust the amount of salt to your taste.
