- Yellowtail2 slice(s)
- Daikon radish300 g
- Water200 ml
- (A)Ponzu sauce2 tbsp
- (A)Japanese style granulated soup stock1 tsp
- Salad oil1/2 tbsp
- Green shiso leaves2 sheets
How to make
- Prepare. Cut off the stem of green shiso leaves and set aside. Peel off daikon radish and set aside.
- 1. Slice green shiso leaves thinly.
- 2. Cut daikon radish into 0.8-inch pieces and make a cross-cut on both sides.
- 3. Put Step 2 into a heat-resistant bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave for 5 minutes at 600 W.
- 4. Place cooking oil into a heated pan over medium heat, and add the yellowtail. When the yellowtail is cooked through, add Step 3, water, and (A). Bring to a boil, cover with a lid, and cook for about 10 minutes until daikon radish is cooked thoroughly, then remove from the heat.
- 5. Serve in a bowl, top with Step 1, and it's ready to serve.
