- Pork loin200 g
- Hot wateras needed
- Cold wateras needed
- Snap peas50 g
- Seasoning
- Japanese Mayonnaise2 tbsp
- Ponzu sauce2 tbsp
- Sugar1 tsp
- Grated garlic1 tsp
How to make
- 1. Remove the stem and streaks from snap peas, place them in a heat-resistant bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave for about 2 minutes at 600 W.
- 2. Boil water in a pot until pork loin is cooked through, then add into cold water, then drain.
- 3. Add seasonings in a bowl and mix together.
- 4. Add Step 1 and Step 2 and toss until the flavors are incorporated.
- 5. Transfer to a plate and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
You can use pork with your favorite parts. Please adjust the amount of sugar according to the acidity of ponzu sauce.
