- Bean sprouts150 g
- (A)Eggs1
- (A)Starch30 g
- (A)Japanese style granulated soup stock2 tsp
- (A)Salt1 three finger pinch
- (A)Black pepper1 three finger pinch
- Salad oil1 tbsp

- Okonomiyaki sauce2 tbsp
- Japanese Mayonnaise2 tbsp
- Dried green seaweed flakes (Aonori)1 tbsp
How to make
- 1. Add bean sprouts to a heat-resistance bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and cook on 500W for about 3 minutes until semi-transparent, then drain off the water.
- 2. Mix (A) in a bowl, add Step 1 and mix.
- 3. Add cooking oil into a pan heated over medium, pour the batter into a pan about 2-inch in diameter, and cook. When browned, turn it over and cook further.
- 4. When both sides are browned and cooked through, remove from the heat. Place on a plate, spread okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise, and dried green seaweed flakes (aonori).
