- Granulated Japanese consomme soup stock1 tsp

- Frying oilas needed

How to make
- 1. Make a notch on the core of Brussels sprouts in an X shape.
- 2. Mix the ingredients for the batter in a bowl and dip Step 1 into the batter.
- 3. Pour in about 2 inches depth of deep-frying oil, heat to 180°C (356°F), and add Step 2. Deep-fry for about 2 minutes until it gets crispy, then drain off the oil.
- 4. Arrange it on a plate and garnish with salt to complete the dish.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of salt to your taste. If you overcook Brussels sprouts, they will have a worse texture and will become bitter, so please be careful not to overcook them.
