How to make
- Prepare. Peel potatoes and remove the potato eyes. Defrost the edamame according to the instructions on the package. Drain the corn.
- 1. Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces, place in a heat-resistant bowl, cover with a plastic wrap and microwave for 5 minutes at 600W.
- 2. Cut Japanese sausages into 0.2-inch strips, place them in a heat-resistant bowl, cover them with a plastic wrap and microwave for 30 seconds at 600W.
- 3. Mash Step 1 lightly with a fork, add Step 2, corn, edamame, and seasoning ingredients, and mix together. Transfer to a bowl and it's ready to serve.
