- Grilled Chicken
- Chicken thigh250 g
- Salt1/4 tsp
- Coarsely ground black pepper1/4 tsp
- Olive oil2 tsp
- Boiled egg1
- Green leaf lettuce50 g
- Cherry tomato4
- Caesar dressing1 tbsp
- Powdered cheese2 tsp
How to make
- Prepare. Remove the cherry tomatoes stem.
- 1. Tear the green leaves into bite-sized pieces. Cut cherry tomatoes into 4 equal pieces.
- 2. Cut boiled egg into 4 equal pieces.
- 3. Coat the chicken thigh evenly with salt and coarsely ground black pepper.
- 4. Add olive oil to a heated pan over high heat, add Step 3, and cook until browned on both sides. Reduce heat to low and cook skin side down, wiping off excess fat with a paper towel until cooked through for about 20 minutes, then remove from heat and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- 5. Place Step 1, 2, 4, Caesar salad dressing, and cheese powder on a plate and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of salt to your liking. Chicken thigh is cooked over low heat with the skin side down for a crispy texture.
