- Hot water500 ml
- Attached soup (miso flavor)1 package(s)
- Japanese leek1
- (A)Chili Oil(La-yu)1 tsp
- (A)Chicken soup stock (powder, cube, liquid)1/2 tsp
- (A)Coarsely ground black pepper2 three finger pinches
How to make
- Prepare. Cut off the base and the green part of the Japanese leek.
- 1. Diagonally slice the Japanese leek thinly.
- 2. Add Step 1 and the ingredient (A) in a bowl and toss.
- 3. Boil water in a pot, add the instant ramen noodles, and boil according to the package directions. Add the attached soup, mix it, and remove it from the heat.
- 4. Serve in a bowl, top it with Step 2, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of chili oil (la-yu) to your liking. Please use the time indicated on the package as a guide for the boiling time.
