Ingredients 2 servings
- Water400 ml
- Cabbage100 g
- Dried wakame seaweed2 g
- Japanese style granulated soup stock1 tsp
- Miso2 tsp
How to make
- Prepare. Soak wakame seaweed in water according to the package directions then drain the water.
- 1. Cut cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Add water and cabbage to a pot and heat over medium heat.
- 3. When water comes to a boil, add wakame seaweed and Japanese style granulated soup stock, bring to a boil over medium heat, dissolve miso, and remove from heat.
- 4. Serve in bowls, and it's ready to eat.
