- Japanese leek10 cm
- Retort pouch curry200 g
- (A)Water200 ml
- (A)Noodle soup base (Mentsuyu)30 ml
- Starch and water mixture2 tbsp
- Young green onion (Konegi)as needed
How to make
- 1. Bring a pot of water to a boil, boil udon noodles according to the instructions on the package, and drain the water.
- 2. Thinly slice Japanese leek diagonally.
- 3. Add retort pouch curry and (A) in a pot and heat over medium heat.
- 4. When it boils, add Step 2 and starch and water mixture, heat over low heat for about 1 minute, and remove from heat.
- 5. Place Step 1 in a bowl. Pour Step 4 and sprinkle young green onion (konegi) to finish the dish.
