- Japanese Mayonnaise1.5 tbsp
- Salad oil2 tsp
- Lettuce1 sheets
How to make
- Prepare. Remove the potato sprouts.
- 1. Cut potatoes into thin strips with the skin on.
- 2. Diagonally slice the Japanese sausages into 4 equal pieces.
- 3. Add cooking oil to the heated pan over medium heat and stir-fry Step 1, then when the potatoes soften, add Step 2 and continue to stir-fry.
- 4. Once browned, add the Japanese mayonnaise and stir-fry over medium heat. Once the Japanese sausage is cooked through and the flavors are absorbed, remove from the heat.
- 5. Serve on a plate covered with lettuce and it's ready.
Tips for cooking
If you do not like the skin of the potatoes, peel them before cooking. You can also use bacons instead of Japanese sausages.
