- Hot water400 ml
- Tororo kombu4 g
- Japanese leek20 g
- Silk tofu100 g
- Japanese style granulated soup stock1 tsp
- Miso2 tsp
How to make
- Prepare. Boil water in a pot.
- 1. Slice the Japanese leek into thinly and cut the silk tofu into 0.6-inch cubes.
- 2. Put tororo kombu and Step 1 in a pot of boiling water and bring to a boil.
- 3. Add Japanese style granulated soup stock, melt the miso, and remove it from the heat.
- 4. Plate Step 3 in bowls and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please be careful not to boil the miso because the aroma will evaporate if it is heated strongly. We used silk tofu this time, but you can also use firm tofu instead.
