  • Rice

  • Ground pork

  • Onion

  • Carrot
    60 g
  • Japanese green bell pepper (Piman)

  • Curry mix (Curry roux)

  • Grated garlic

  • Water
    200 ml
  • Salad oil
    2 tsp

How to make

  1. Prepare. Peel the onion and carrot. Remove the stem and seeds from bell pepper.
  2. 1. Chop the onion, carrot, and bell pepper.
  3. 2. Heat cooking oil in a pan, add Step 1, and stir-fry over medium heat. When everything gets soft, add ground pork and continue to stir-fry.
  4. 3. When ground pork is cooked through, add water, curry roux, and grated garlic and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat until the juices evaporate.
  5. 4. Arrange rice and Step 3 on a plate and it's ready to serve.

Tips for cooking

Please adjust the amount of seasonings to your liking. This time we used pork ground, but you can also have it nicely with ground beef and pork mix.
