- Chicken neck150 g
- Salt and pepper mix1/3 tsp
- Salad oil1 tsp
- Lemon1 slice(s)
- Cayenne pepper (powder)as needed
How to make
- 1. Cut chicken neck into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Thread Step 1 into a bamboo skewer. Make another skewer in the same way.
- 3. Place cooking oil in a pan, align Step 2, and cook over medium heat. Cook for about 10 minutes until browned on both sides, then remove from the heat when cooked through.
- 4. Serve on a plate, serve with lemon and cayenne pepper (powder), and it's ready.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the seasoning to your taste. This time we used lemon from Japan. If you are concerned about fungicides used for lemon, please use fungicide-free lemon.
