- Broccoli300 g

- Tempura flour100 g
- Water160 ml
- Powdered cheese4 tbsp
- Salt1/4 tsp
- Frying oilas needed
- Parsleyas needed
How to make
- Prepare. Cut off broccoli stems. Finely chop the parsley.
- 1. Cut broccoli into small florets.
- 2. Mix the ingredients for the batter in a bowl, add Step 1, and coat well.
- 3. Heat about 2-inch of frying oil in a pot to 170°C (338°F), and add Step 2. Deep fry for about 3 minutes until it gets crispy and golden brown, then drain off the oil.
- 4. Arrange on a serving plate and sprinkle parsley to complete the dish.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of powdered cheese and salt to your taste. The doneness depends on the size of the broccoli, so please adjust it as you check.
