How to make
- Prepare. Cut the salted butter for topping into 4 equal pieces.
- 1. Add rice, corn boiled in water, salted butter and soy sauce in a bowl and mix them well.
- 2. Divide them into 4 equal pieces, wrap each of them in a plastic wrap, and shape them into triangles. Arrange them on a baking tray covered with aluminum foil and cook them in the toaster oven for about 10 minutes until browned.
- 3. Serve them on a plate, top with salted butter and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of soy sauce to your liking. You can also add a little bit of soy sauce at the end if you like. The cooking degree depends on the type of toaster you are using, so please adjust the temperature as you check the conditions. This time it's baked at 1000W 230°C (450°F).
