- Rice200 g
- Canned grilled chicken (Canned yakitori)1 can
- Onion1/4
- Beaten eggs1
- Hot water80 ml
- Noodle soup base (Mentsuyu)1 tbsp
- Nori seaweedas needed
How to make
- 1. Cut onion into 0.2-inch.
- 2. Add hot water and noodle soup base (mentsuyu) to a pan, once it boils, add Step 1 and heat over medium heat.
- 3. When the onion softens, add the canned grilled chicken skewers (yakitori) and bring to a boil over medium heat, then swirl in beaten eggs.
- 4. Cover with a lid. heat over low heat for about 1 minute, then remove from heat when the egg is half-cooked.
- 5. Place the rice in a bowl, arrange Step 4 on top, top with nori seaweed, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of mentsuyu to your liking. This time we used canned yakitori that is flavored with yakitori sauce, but you can also make it deliciously with salt taste. For senior citizens, children under the age of 2, pregnant women, and individuals with weakened immune systems, please avoid eating raw eggs. *Detailed instructions on raw eggs to be added.
