- Ground chicken300 g
- Hanpen fish cake1 sheets
- (A)Starch2 tbsp
- (A)Soy sauce1 tbsp
- (A)Sake1 tbsp
- (A)Grated ginger2 tsp
- (A)Grated garlic1 tsp
- (A)Sugar1 tsp
- (A)Salt and pepper mixa pinch
- Frying oilas needed
- Chervilas needed
How to make
- 1. Add ground chicken, hanpen fish cake, and (A) to a bowl, mix, and form into 15 round balls.
- 2. Pour 1-inch depth of frying oil into a pan, heat to 190℃ (370°F), and add Step 1. Deep-fry for about 4 minutes until the inside is cooked through, and once it has browned, drain the oil.
- 3. Transfer to a plate, garnish with chervil, and it’s ready to serve.
