- Green shiso leaves6 sheets
- Japanese baby cheese4

- (A)Cooking sake1 tbsp
- (A)Soy sauce1 tbsp
- (A)Sugar2 tsp
- (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)2 tsp

How to make
- 1. Cut Japanese baby cheese into 0.4-inch pieces. Cut green shiso leaves in half.
- 2. Spread the pork loin, place Step 1 on top and roll it up.
- 3. Place it on a cooking tray, sprinkle salt and pepper mix, and sprinkle cake flour (pastry flour).
- 4. Heat a pan over medium heat, add cooking oil, and place the roll-end face down.
- 5. When pork loin is cooked, add (A) and sauté over medium heat until all the flavors are well blended, then remove from heat.
- 6. Arrange on a plate that has green shiso leaves, and it's ready to serve.
