- Salmon50 g
- Red bell pepper (Paprika)1/4
- Yellow bell pepper (Yellow paprika)1/4
- Red cabbage sprouts50 g
- Mesclun greens20 g
- Dressing
- Extra virgin olive oil1.5 tbsp
- Lemon juice2 tsp
- Honey1 tsp
- Salt2 three finger pinches
- Black pepper2 three finger pinches
How to make
- Prepare. Remove the core of red bell pepper and yellow bell pepper.
- 1. Slice red bell pepper and Yellow bell pepper thinly.
- 2. Cut off the red cabbage sprouts root.
- 3. Cut salmons in half.
- 4. Add the dressing ingredients to a bowl and mix.
- 5. Mix mesclun greens, Step 1, and 2 together in a separate bowl, place it on a plate, top with Step 3, pour over Step 4, and it's ready!
Tips for cooking
This recipe uses honey. Please be careful not to let children below the age of 1 (infants) consume them. You can substitute honey with sugar, but since the sweetness varies depending on the type, we recommend adjusting the taste to your liking. Please adjust the amount of salt to your liking.
