  • Japanese style granulated soup stock

  • Pork belly

  • Salad oil

  • Okonomiyaki sauce

  • Japanese Mayonnaise

  • Dried green seaweed flakes (Aonori)

How to make

  1. 1. Shred the cabbage.
  2. 2. Add all the dough ingredients except for Step 1 in a bow, mix well, and when everything is blended, add Step 1 and mix.
  3. 3. Spread cooking oil over a medium heated pan, spread it out with a paper towel, and pour in half of Step 2.
  4. 4. Place the camembert cheese in the center, then place the remaining Step 2 and the pork belly, then cook it over medium heat.
  5. 5. Once browned, flip it and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Once it's cooked through, remove it from the heat, place it on a plate, top it with topping ingredients and it's ready to serve.
