- Camembert cheese100 g

How to make
- 1. Place each 3 slices of pork belly on a cross and sprinkle with white pepper. Place Camembert cheese in the center and wrap with pork belly.
- 2. Mix (A) together.
- 3. Dust Step 1 with cake flour (pastry flour), dip it in the beaten egg and coat Step 2 evenly.
- 4. Pour 1-inch depth of frying oil into a pot, and heat to 160℃ (356°F). Add Step 3 and deep-fry for about 7 minutes until the pork belly is cooked through and golden brown on both sides, then drain the oil.
- 5. Place Step 4 on a plate, arrange the garnish ingredients, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the saltiness and spiciness to your taste. Camembert cheese can be substituted with cheese for pizza or sliced cheese that will melt. In this case, please wrap the cheese tightly so that it does not come out from the meat.
