- Chicken breast300 g
- Marinade
- Soy sauce3 tbsp
- Cooking sake2 tbsp
- Sugar1 tbsp
- Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)1 tbsp
- Vinegar1 tbsp
- Oyster sauce1 tbsp
How to make
- Prepare. Remove chicken breast skin.
- 1. Poke the entire chicken breast with a fork and cut the thick part of the meat open to make it evenly thick.
- 2. Add Step 1 and the marinade ingredients into a freezing zipper storage bag and rub well, make the thickness even, remove air, seal, and freeze.
- 3. When cooking, leave it in a refrigerator for about 8 hours, or use the defrost function of the microwave to thaw.
- 4. Place Step 3 in a large heat-resistant bowl with the marinade, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 4 minutes at 600W.
- 5. Remove the plastic wrap and flip the chicken breast over. Cover with plastic wrap again and microwave for another 3 minutes at 600W until chicken breast is cooked through.
- 6. Add Step 5 marinade to a pan, reduce over medium heat until thickened, and remove from heat.
- 7. Cut Step 5 into bite-sized pieces and arrange on a plate. Drizzle over Step 6, and it's ready to serve.

Heating conditions may vary depending on the type of microwave, the type of heat-resistant container, and the condition of the ingredients. Please check the condition and adjust the heating time as necessary. Please adjust the amount of soy sauce to your liking.
