How to make
- 1. Finely chop milk chocolate into small pieces and place in a bowl.
- 2. Heat the milk in a pot over low heat. Heat it until just before it boils, then remove it from the heat, add it to Step 1, and mix well.
- 3. Once the milk chocolate has melted, let it cool to body temperature, add beaten eggs, mix well, and strain.
- 4. Pour Step 3 into a heat-resistant container and cover with aluminum foil.
- 5. Place a cloth in the pot, place Step 4, pour 0.4-inch depth of water into the pan, cover with a lid, and heat over low heat for about 20 minutes.
- 6. When the surface has set, remove it from the pot, let it rest, and chill on a refrigerator for about 2 hours.
- 7. Garnish with toppings and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
The milk will separate if it is heated too much, so be careful with the heat level. If you add beaten eggs when chocolate melted in the milk is still hot, the eggs will harden, so let it cool to the body temperature.
