- Firm tofu50 g
- Cake flour (Pastry flour)60 g
- Eggs1
- Water100 ml
- Japanese style granulated soup stock1 tsp
- Cabbage1/4
- Pork belly100 g
- Salad oil1 tbsp

- Okonomiyaki sauce1 tbsp
- Japanese Mayonnaise2 tbsp
- bonito flakesas needed
- Dried green seaweed flakes (Aonori)as needed
How to make
- Prepare. Wrap the firm tofu in a paper towel and leave to dry it for about 30 minutes.
- 1. Roughly chop cabbage. Cut pork belly into 4-inch pieces.
- 2. In a bowl, mix well the dough ingredients, add cabbage from Step 1, and mix well.
- 3. Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat, add half of the mixture of Step 2 and cook. When browned, put half of the pork belly from Step 1 on top, and flip over. cook until cooked thoroughly, then remove from heat. Cook another piece in the same way.
- 4. Arrange it on a plate, add toppings, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
If the dough is soft, add pastry flour little by little and please adjust to thicken.
