  • Japanese Mayonnaise
    2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice
    2 tsp
  • Ponzu sauce
    2 tsp
  • Japanese mustard paste
    2 tsp

How to make

  1. Prepare. Remove the stem from the cucumber.
