- Glass noodles (Harusame)40 g
- Hot wateras needed
- Cucumber1/3
- Imitation crab4
- Japanese Spicy Mayonnaise (Karashi Mayo)
- Japanese Mayonnaise2 tbsp
- Lemon juice2 tsp
- Ponzu sauce2 tsp
- Japanese mustard paste2 tsp
How to make
- Prepare. Remove the stem from the cucumber.
- 1. Cut the cucumber into thin strips.
- 2. Break imitation crab by hands.
- 3. Boil water in a pot, boil glass noodles (harusame) according to the instruction on the package, and rinse under running water, then drain.
- 4. Add Japanese mustard mayonnaise ingredients to a bowl and mix together.
- 5. Add Step 1, Step 2, and Step 3, mix together, and when the flavors have blended, plate it, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
For imitation crabs, you can made with ham or tuna flakes instead. Please use your favorite harusame. Please adjust the amount of Japanese mustard paste as you like.
