- Ground pork150 g
- Onion100 g
- Carrot50 g
- Japanese green bell pepper (Piman)2
- (A)Grated ginger1/2 tsp
- (A)Grated garlic1/2 tsp
- (A)Salt and pepper mix2 three finger pinches
- (B)Curry mix (Curry roux)40 g
- (B)Ketchup3 tbsp
- (B)Japanese worcestershire sauce2 tbsp
- Salad oil1 tsp
- Boiled egg2

How to make
- Prepare. Peel the carrots. Remove the stem and seeds of the bell peppers. Chop parsley finely. Cut boiled egg in half.
- 1. Mince the onion, carrot, and bell pepper.
- 2. Place cooking oil in a pan heated over medium heat, add ground pork and ingredient (A) and stir-fry.
- 3. When ground pork is cooked through, add Step 1 and stir-fry over medium heat. When the vegetables have softened, add ingredient (B) and when the curry roux has melted and the flavors have been absorbed, remove from the heat.
- 4. Place the rice on a plate, top with boiled egg, sprinkle with parsley and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
If you are concerned about the oil that came out when stir-frying ground pork, please wipe it off with paper towel. Please use your favorite curry roux. You can make it in soft-boiled eggs or sunny-side up (fried eggs) instead of boiled eggs.
