Ingredients 4 pieces
- Baguette (French bread)1/2
- (A)Eggs1
- (A)Sugar1 tbsp
- (A)Milk100 ml
- Salted butter5 g
- Maple syrup10 g
How to make
- 1. Cut the French bread diagonally into 4 equal slices.
- 2. Add ingredient (A) into a bowl and mix together.
- 3. Line Step 1 on a cooking tray and add Step 2. Marinate for about 5 minutes while flipping it over.
- 4. Melt salted butter in a pan over medium heat, then add Step 3 and cook.
- 5. When it browns, flip it over and cook over low heat. When both sides are browned, remove from heat.
- 6. Serve on a plate, drizzle maple syrup and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of sugar or maple syrup to taste. You can substitute French bread with white bread. For senior citizens, children under the age of 2, pregnant women, and individuals with weakened immune systems, please avoid eating raw eggs. *Detailed instructions on raw eggs to be added.
