Ingredients 2 cups (200ml, 3/4 cup + 1.5 Tbs heat-resistant container)
- Eggs1
- Dashi
- Water150 ml
- Soy sauce1 tsp
- Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)1 tsp
- Japanese style granulated soup stock1 tsp
- Young green onion (Konegi)as needed
How to make
- 1. Crack the egg into a bowl, beat it, add dashi ingredients and mix them well.
- 2. Pour into a heat-resistant container while straining with a tea strainer, cover it with plastic wrap, and heat in a 500W microwave for about 1 minute and 30 seconds until cooked through and set.
- 3. Sprinkle young green onion (konegi) and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the seasoning to your liking. We used a microwave-safe container this time. Heating conditions may vary depending on the type of microwave, the type of heat-resistant container, and the condition of the ingredients. Please check the condition and adjust the heating time as necessary. For senior citizens, children under the age of 2, pregnant women, and individuals with weakened immune systems, please avoid eating raw eggs.
