- Daikon radish100 g
- Cucumber1/2
- Salt1/4 tsp
- Kelp boiled in soy sauce (Kombu tsukudani)20 g
- (A)Sesame oil1 tsp
- (A)Sliced Japanese chili peppers (Takanotsume)1/4 tsp
How to make
- Prepare. Peel off the daikon radish. Cut off the cucumber stem.
- 1. Cut the daikon radish and the cucumber into thin strips, put them in a bowl, rub them with salt, and let them sit for about 10 minutes to drain.
- 2. Add kelp boiled in soy sauce (kombu tsukudani) and the ingredient (A) and mix them together.
- 3. Serve it on a plate and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of salt to your liking. Please chill it in refrigerator if you like. Please adjust the amount of sliced Japanese chili peppers (takanotsume) to your liking.
