- Summer roll wrappers (Rice paper wrappers)2 sheets
- Pork loin150 g
- Cooking sake1 tbsp
- Cucumber1
- Carrot1/2
- Green shiso leaves6 sheets
- Sesame sauce1 tbsp
How to make
- Prepare. Peel the carrots. Cut off the stem of green shiso leaves.
- 1. Cut off the stem of cucumber and shred it to a 2-inch length. Shred carrot to 2-inch length.
- 2. Put pork loin in a heat-resistant bowl, pour over cooking sake, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 500W for 3 minutes until cooked through, then cool.
- 3. Fill the bowl with water, soak summer roll wrappers (rice paper wrappers) in water for 5 seconds, and place it on a cutting board.
- 4. Place in the order of green shiso leaves, Step 1, Step 2, fold both ends inward and roll from the front.
- 5. Cut into 3 equal pieces, garnish with sesame sauce, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
When wrapping with rice paper wrappers, wrap it as tightly as possible to prevent the inside from falling apart and to make it easier to cut. You can also enjoy it with sweet chili sauce. Heating conditions may vary depending on the type of microwave, the type of heat-resistant container, and the condition of the ingredients. Please check the condition and adjust the heating time as necessary.
