Ingredients 4 pieces (3.5-inch × 2-inch per cup)
- (A)Milk300 ml
- (A)Whipping cream (Heavy cream)100 ml
- (A)Sugar3.5 tbsp
- Eggs2
- (B)Gelatin powder5 g
- (B)Water2 tbsp
- Toppings
- Whipped creamas needed
- Banana1/2
- Strawberry2
- Mintas needed
How to make
- Prepare. Leave the eggs at room temperature. Combine the gelatin powder and water and mix well. Cut bananas and strawberries for decorations into bite-sized pieces.
- 1. Place eggs in a bowl and beat well with a whisk.
- 2. Mix ingredient (A) and ingredient (B) in a pot and turn off the heat just before boiling.
- 3. Add the cooled Step 2 into Step 1 a little at a time and mix together.
- 4. Pour Step 3 into a glass and chill in a refrigerator for 50~60 minutes to set.
- 5. Top with toppings and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
If you use cold eggs, they may separate. Leave them at room temperature before use. When you combine eggs little by little, let the mixture cool before adding them to prevent the eggs from cooking. This time we used a heat-resistant rubber spatula. Some rubber spatula may melt, so please use a heat-resistant rubber spatula.
