- Rice400 g
- Salmon150 g
- Salmon roe (Ikura)50 g
- Radish sprouts50 g
- Marinade
- Soy sauce60 ml
- Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)30 ml
- Cooking sake30 ml
How to make
- Prepare. Cut off the roots of radish sprouts.
- 1. Cut salmon into 0.4-inch cubes.
- 2. Heat the marinade ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, then remove the saucepan from the heat and cool.
- 3. Place the salmon and Step 2 in a bat and leave for about 3 minutes.
- 4. Cut radish sprouts into 0.4-inch width pieces.
- 5. Drain Step 3 juice, transfer to a bowl, and toss with salmon roe (ikura) and Step 4.
- 6. Place the rice in a bowl, top with Step 5, and it's ready to serve.
