- Stir fry noodles (Yakisoba)2 head(s)
- Eggs2
- Bean sprouts200 g
- Salad oil1 tsp
- Salt and pepper mixa pinch
- (A)Thickened Japanese worcestershire sauce2 tbsp
- (A)Chicken soup stock (powder, cube, liquid)1/2 tsp
- (A)Water1 tsp
- Red pickled gingeras needed
How to make
- 1. Put stir fry noodles (yakisoba) in a heat-resistant bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in a microwave at 600 W for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
- 2. Crack eggs into a bowl and beat.
- 3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add bean sprouts, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds. Add Step 2, salt and pepper, and continue to stir-fry.
- 4. When the eggs are half-cooked, add Step 1 and stir-fry over medium heat. Add (A) and toss all together. Once the flavors are absorbed and the eggs are cooked thoroughly, remove them from the heat.
- 5. Serve in a dish, top with red pickled ginger and it's ready.
Tips for cooking
For senior citizens, children under the age of 2, pregnant women, and individuals with weakened immune systems, please avoid eating raw eggs. The degree of heating may vary depending on the type of microwave you are using, the type of heat-resistant container, and the condition of the ingredients.
