- (A)Pancake mix100 g
- (A)Plain yogurt40 g
- (A)Eggs1
- (A)Cane sugar1.5 tbsp
- Salt-free butter5 g
- Toppings
- Vanilla ice cream100 ml
- Mintas needed
- Maple syrup1.5 tbsp
- Japanese pear (Nashi)20 g
How to make
- Prepare. Remove the skin and seeds from the Japanese pear (nashi) for topping, dice into 0.4-inch cubes.
- 1. Remove the skin and seeds from nashi and cut into thin slices of about 0.1-inch to 0.2-inch.
- 2. Add ingredient (A) into a bowl and mix well.
- 3. Put the butter in a pan heated over medium heat, add Step 1, pour in Step 2 as you're covering it, and cook until browned on both sides.
- 4. Transfer to a plate, decorate with toppings, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
This time we are using cane sugar, which has a rich and gentle sweet taste, but you can substitute it with caster sugar. Adding yogurt makes the dough fluffy.
